RENY (MXD6-based, commonly glass-fiber reinforced) offers very high modulus and dimensional stability for rigid fixtures, locators, test jigs, and structural fastening—reducing weight while maintaining accuracy.
Suitable for ECU brackets, motor mounts, pump/gearbox peripherals, and oil-contact environments. RENY resists lubricants and fuels and maintains low creep under sustained loads.
Lower moisture absorption than PA6/PA66 enables tighter tolerances. Ideal for PCB clamping, housings, and dense module fastening, reducing loosening across thermal cycles.
Used on moving axes, camera grippers, and fixture trays to boost specific strength, reduce inertia, and improve dynamic accuracy and efficiency.
Supports secondary machining (tapping/milling) while maintaining dimensional stability—ideal for fastening points with frequent assembly/disassembly.
Recommended continuous use ≤120 °C. Avoid prolonged exposure to strong acids/alkalis and high-temperature/high-humidity or boiling-water environments. Pre-dry before assembly for best dimensional control.
