For jigs/fixtures, etch/clean tanks, and chemical piping flanges in acid/alkali/solvent contact. PTFE is virtually inert, non-conductive, and low-outgassing—ideal for high-purity setups.

🍞 Food & Pharma – Non-stick, Easy to Clean

Suitable for conveyors, tooling, and fixtures in CIP/SIP washdown areas. Non-stick surface and broad cleaner compatibility help maintain hygiene (documentation available upon request).

📟 Electrical/High-Insulation – Low Dielectric Loss

Excellent insulator with low dielectric constant and moisture uptake; useful for HF/insulation-critical clamping and isolation points.

❄️ Low-Temperature & Low-Friction Mechanisms

Very low friction coefficient and ductility at low temperatures. Use with washers/bushings to reduce wear and displacement under load.

⚠️ Notes – Torque & Creep

Lower strength/stiffness than PEEK/PPS; prone to creep under sustained load. Control tightening torque and use large-area washers; avoid high mechanical loads.
