⚡ Electrical & Electronics – High Temp Insulation

PPS+GF provides excellent heat resistance and low moisture uptake, ideal for connectors, terminals, and PSU modules (continuous 200–220 °C).

🚗 Automotive Components – Heat & Chemical Resistance

Applied in ECU housings, sensor bases, lighting and motor fastening points. Combines rigidity with resistance to fuels and oils.

🧪 Chemical/Industrial Equipment

Resists acids, bases and many solvents; used for pumps, valves, agitators, and piping system fastening.

✈️ Aerospace/Semiconductor Periphery

Insulating non-metal fasteners and jigs requiring stiffness, low moisture uptake and low outgassing in elevated temperature/vacuum conditions.

⚠️ Notes – Brittleness & Purity

PPS+GF is stiff but edge-brittle—use washers, control torque. For UHP/low-particle environments, use PFA/PTFE/PEEK instead.
