PFA Screws (Perfluoroalkoxy) combine the chemical resistance of PTFE with the processability of FEP. They withstand continuous use at 260℃ and feature an extremely low friction coefficient. Ideal for semiconductor, chemical, and high-purity applications.
🧪 Semiconductor Wet Processes & Chemical Piping – High Purity, Chemical Resistance
PFA screws are ultra-pure and highly resistant to nearly all chemicals. Ideal for acid/alkali tanks, chemical pipe flanges, and wafer cleaning tools—minimizing metal ion contamination.
Safe for food contact, suitable for conveyors, tooling, and CIP/SIP washdown environments. Non-stick and easy to clean; documentation available upon request.
📟 Electronics – High Insulation & Heat Resistance
Excellent dielectric properties with continuous service up to 200–260 °C. Suitable for furnace zones, insulation barriers, and test fixtures.
Non-stick surface, very low outgassing, suitable for vacuum chambers, optics, and precision measurement setups requiring ultra-clean fastening.
⚠️ Notes – Strength & Cost
PFA has lower strength than PEEK or PPS and is more expensive than PTFE. Best used for high-purity, chemical-resistant needs rather than heavy mechanical loads.
