The 2025 Southeast Semicon successfully concluded from May 24 to 26 in Singapore. As one of the most significant semiconductor exhibitions in Southeast Asia, this year’s event attracted over 600 exhibitors from more than 30 countries and welcomed over 20,000 professional visitors, setting a new benchmark for scale and participation. The exhibition focused on key technological areas, including AI chips, automotive semiconductors, advanced packaging, and low-power materials.
At this grand event, LINK UPON showcased its series of engineering plastic screws and fasteners. Especially PEEK screws, renowned for their exceptional chemical resistance and corrosion protection, are widely used in semiconductor wet process equipment such as etching, cleaning, and plating systems. Unlike traditional metal screws that corrode and fail under exposure to high-concentration chemicals, engineering plastic screws maintain stability, ensuring high purity and precision in semiconductor processes—making them ideal for modern high-end manufacturing equipment.
With over 35 years of expertise in the engineering plastics industry, LINK UPON integrates raw material compounding, precision mold design, and CNC machining services, supplying over 2,000 types of fasteners to global markets. These bolts, nuts, and washers are characterized by their properties, such as high strength, heat resistance, and chemical resistance. In addition to extensive adoption in semiconductor wet process equipment, they are also well-suited for applications in medical devices, electronics, and the automotive industry.
